Intangible object – Nike Air Jordan
I’ve been a fan of the incredible work of Paris based duo, DFT for quite a while. Breaking down complex objects into their simplist and most recognizable elements, and illustrating them in just one, unbroken line, DFT are masters at their crafts. You can see some more examples of how they’ve brokem down a number of iconic shoes in our previous post, here.
They recently worked with Jordan to apply their illustration style to one of their most iconic silhouettes.Using a single line drawing perspectival anamorphosis of a Nike Air Jordan on its real life model, they created the illusion of wearing a piece of figurative art instead of a shoe.
